Psalms ◦ Chapter 126

1When the Lord turned around the backsliding of Zion,
we were like people whose dreams of health came true.

2Then our mouths were filled with laughter
and we shouted for joy;
then it was said among the unhealed,
"The Creator God has done an incredible work of transformation for them."

3The Creator has done an incredible work of transformation in us;
Oh, how happy we are!

4Restore our health and well-being, O Lord,
just as streams bring life to the desert.

5Those who break the stony heart to sow the seeds of truth
will reap a joyful harvest.

6Those who go through life with tender hearts,
carrying seeds of truth to sow,
will come home filled with joy,
bringing in an abundant harvest.
